Field Trips

We're so happy you're looking at this page! We love encouraging the next generation to learn more about all areas of agriculture.

Please read all these bullet points before filling out the form below.

• We host field trips all 12 months of the year, but only offer them a limited amount of days in November & December.

• Field trips are held 100% outdoors and require everyone to dress for the weather. (winter gear, rain boots, sunscreen etc)

• Field trips are tailored to the age and interests of each group. They usually consist of a 15-30 minute talk, Q&A and/or demonstration. Please let us know what your group is most interested in and we can focus on that. (ie: planting, tree shearing, harvesting trees for Christmas etc) Groups can take themselves on a self-guided walking tour of our tree farm after that.

• VIRTUAL FIELD TRIP option: we also offer a personalized 2-3min video explanation of tree farming year round that you can show your class. Students can submit questions after that and we will reply with another personalized video answering their questions.  

• Please contact us at least 2 weeks before you're preferred field trip date. (earlier if possible)
